knēNest® Two-Year Limited Warranty

At knēNest, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our product. We are proud to offer a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

✅ What’s Covered:

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in the memory foam or structural integrity of the pillow
Defects in materials or workmanship on the pillow cover, including the zipper
Compression failure or abnormal degradation of foam not caused by misuse

If your knēNest product is found to have a covered defect, we will replace the defective part or the entire product at our discretion, at no charge to you (excluding shipping if applicable).

🚫 What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear over time
Discoloration or cosmetic changes in foam or fabric
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper cleaning, or failure to follow care instructions
Damage from pets, liquids, or external sources
Use in a commercial or medical facility setting

📌 Important Warranty Details:

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all warranty claims.
Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
We reserve the right to inspect and determine whether the defect falls under this policy.
