knēNest Shipping and Return Policy
ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATE
In-stock products orders are processed within 1-2 business days and then shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL. If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday, it will ship on Monday or a following workday. And the shipping time for PRE-ORDER is calculated according to the shipping date indicated on the product page + regional delivery time.
When your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Kindly note that, if you didn’t receive the package within our shipping time or the package you received is missing items, please contact us at hello@knenest.com within a week. If you see the package was returned to the sender, we will check it for you as soon as possible. Please kindly note that we need to confirm that the package was returned to our overseas warehouse before we can re-ship it for you.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is FREE for every product sold on our website delivered within the continental United States. Only a $9.95 flat shipping fee to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U. S. Territories, and all worldwide shipping outside of the United States. The customer is responsible for any international import taxes, customs, charges, duties and fees shipped to any country outside the USA.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery can take from 1 – 7 business days. The process is due to quality standards as well as demand and therefore slower delivery times than usual can occur. It may take additional time for international orders.
SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx for shipments within the USA. International shipments are shipped via various carriers at the customer’s choice.
MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
Shipped products that get lost or become a delivery exception is out of knēNest and Mine Mate Innovation, LLC’s control. If your package does not arrive, first contact the delivery company for details and assistance. If you need additional support for a missing order, visit our contact page and provide your order details.
60-DAY COMFORT TRIAL
Welcome to knēNest! Adjusting to new products can sometimes take a little time, so we offer a comprehensive 60-day trial period for you to experience the full benefits of your purchase. We recommend using your new knēNest product nightly for at least 21 days to allow for proper adjustment.
21-DAY ADJUSTMENT REQUIREMENT
To ensure that you have given your new product a fair trial, we kindly ask that returns be initiated only after at least 21 days of use. It may take some time for your body to adjust to this new level of comfort and support. If after this period the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it any time within the 60-day trial period.
RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Please email us at hello@knenest.com to request a return and obtain an RA# (return authorization), and we will email you instructions for the return. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For your security and peace of mind, we suggest using a traceable and insured shipping method.
PROMPT REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and it meets our conditions (post the initial 21-day trial and within the 60-day window), we will process your refund promptly, less a $10 recycling fee. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

All knēNest products are covered by an extended 2-year warranty, which protects against defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring your complete peace of mind.
